Unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund of merchandise price within 30 days of purchase. Once opened, CDs, DVDs and Software are not returnable unless the item is deemed defective. We will inspect items to determine if they are defective.

Please understand we cannot accept merchandise which is returned incomplete or in obviously "used" condition. Your product invoice is required for processing your return. For you protection, ship your package via prepaid insured U.S. Mail. We are not responsible for returned packages lost in the mail. C.O.C. returns are not accepted. On valid returns we will credit your payment method (less shipping & handling charges) within 4 to 6 weeks.
